Enlightenment
What is enlightenment? How do you attain it? A Course In Miracles is one of the quickest and most direct paths to spiritual enlightenment that I have ever encountered. Because it is such a fast path, it can be extremely intense as well. It by no means is the only path, in fact, all paths lead to enlightenment eventually. But by putting the principals into practice in your daily life, using your brothers (fellow human beings) as your awakening partners, you can learn more in one year by seeing your brother as yourself, than you can by meditating on a mountain top for 10! Why is that? Because Divine Love is all there really is. Once you have experienced Divine Love, you are said to be enlightened. Our problem is currently one of perception. We believe that we are separate from God and from each other, and because of this underlying perceptual error, we have created a fantasy world of escapism, to hide the belief of separation within. But Divine Love has not abandoned us. Its right here, right now. All we need to do is correct our "perceptual problem" in order to be able to experience it in our NOW moment. A Course in Miracles is one very direct way to do just that. The only "requirement" is willingness. Willingness to question all you thought was real; willingness to be wrong about what you have believed; willingness to let go of the self imposed blocks that take such forms as non-forgivness, guilt, fear, etc. It just takes willingness! How glorious to know, that all peace and Love and Joy can come from the simple act of willingness! That is good news indeed. Once you have begun to see this world of time and space as nothing more than a backdrop for healing, then EVERYTHING becomes a blessing! From a chair, to a war, from a homeless person to a galaxy. There are only two things you ever need do; extend Love, or remove the blocks you have created to Its awareness. THAT'S IT!!! It is extremely simple, and once you have begun to see ALL THINGS in your awareness in this simple light, your life will unfold in ways you could never have dreamed possible: Relationships transform; health issues dissolve; stress is removed from your life; and you begin to see the world with the eyes of an innocent child, completely in love with All that Is, with a foundation that cannot be shaken by the twisting turning winds of this world.
